Checklist for Basic Troubleshoot
Power Outlet
One of the most common problem found is usually site user forgot to switch on the power outlet.
We strongly advise all our site user to power on USEA music device 24/7.
Volume Control
One of the most common problem found is the amplifier selector input and volume adjustment due to peak and non-peak hours.
All USEA music STB volume are max-out volume before deployment. In the event whereby site user require to play on-demand 'Happy Birthday' or other ads, USEA provides remote controller for site user to adjust the volume and special event ads. In most event, we would recommend site user to adjust from the amplifier volume controller.
Audio Cable
Please note of the standard audio cable RCA m to Mini Jack m, other ad-hoc audio cable are subjective to additional charges.
Internet Icon
If the music device is connected by Ethernet LAN cable and its not showing the Ethernet icon, please check the LAN cable connected on the other end. If its plugged in and working, please contact our support.
Device Clock
It is important to know that WIFI or Ethernet icon displayed does not necessarily means there is internet connection. Your internet router may have not internet connection access or firewall may have blocked NTP.
