Music player offline and
unable to update playlist
1. Check if the music player WIFI or Ethernet icon is displayed on the front digital LED panel.
2. Check if the music player clock is displayed current time.
3. If the player is still offline, please contact our support for further assistance.
Note: While the music player require internet connection, tracks are cached on the device storage so that its available to play in offline mode. As long as the device stay power-on 24/7, the timeslot scheduling will works with all the specific setting you have setup.
